Scrambled Eggs

This is an easy one.  I feel a little silly even posting a recipe for eggs, but a lot of people like my eggs.  For all of those people, and anyone else who is curious, this is how I make them taste so good.

Don't forget to curl your fingers behind the knife for safety. Smash the garlic and peel off the paper.  Chop into rounds discs.

4 eggs
1/4 C half and half or milk
1/2 bell pepper
1/4 onion
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper

Dice the garlic into fine pieces. Crack four eggs, and add 1/4 C half and half because why not?  It makes the eggs really creamy. Whisk everything together.

On med heat, saute the vegetables until soft. Add the eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Don't overcook the eggs or they become tough.  serve hot!
